Clough Limited is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our Brisbane team. You will partner with operational leaders to deliver HR solutions across Brisbane/Queensland, aligning people outcomes with business priorities.
You will provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, and development while coordinating with Centres of Excellence to implement strategic HR initiatives. A solid on-site construction/engineering mindset is preferred.
