We are currently seeking a
friendly, detail-oriented, Reservations Agent
to join our professional and welcoming Reservations team.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding reservations and inquiries.
Assist customers in selecting appropriate options based on their needs and preferences.
Input and update reservation details accurately in the system.
Provide information about available services, promotions, and special offers.
Modify or cancel reservations as needed,



ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, front desk) to meet customer needs.
Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional, courteous manner.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of customer interactions and bookings.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A passion for hospitality and helping people
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with reservation systems (training provided)
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
A positive attitude, with a problem-solving, guest-first mindset
