RP Infrastructure is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to provide pre-contract and post-contract expertise on building projects, including schools, hospitals and housing. You will monitor project costs, assess contractor claims and provide explicit advice to support informed decisions throughout construction.
You will undertake measurements, support cost estimation, prepare bills of quantities, assess tenders and oversee contract administration with accurate cost records and forecasting.
