Dyno Nobel Limited, based at Helidon, Queensland, seeks an Assembly Team Leader for the afternoon shift (3pm–11pm, Mon–Fri). You will lead the Assembly team to ensure secure, cost‐effective operations and on‐time orders, while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement.
You will oversee day‐to‐day activities, allocate operators, manage leave and maintain health and safety compliance, reporting to the site leadership group.
