Key responsibilities
Develop and design fin and technical products using CAD software
Manage multiple projects and timelines independently
Work with suppliers, sample development, and production teams
Collaborate with and guide other designers
Apply understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and cost structures to product development
About you
Degree in Industrial Design or a related field
5-10+ years' experience in industrial design, surf hardware, or sports equipment development
Proven expertise in fin design and development, with additional experience in other technical product categories
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks)
Proficiency in Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Competency in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Robust understanding of manufacturing processes (injection moulding), materials, and cost structures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
