About this role Melbourne or Sydney We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Associate to join our national Real Estate property and project development, including fund through transactions, development agreements, development management agreements, project development agreements and project delivery agreements; project due diligence complex agreement for lease and/or lease transactions involving commercial, industrial, retail and agricultural land; the real estate aspects of major projects, such as linear infrastructure projects involving roads, railways, pipelines or transmission lines; lease transactions involving leases of commercial offices and retail premises; and acting on large portfolios including asset management work associated with national lease portfolios (including renewals, variations, assignments and surrenders of lease.
Work directly with clients and develop trusted commercial relationships The use of appropriate internal technological solutions, such as document automation software, online data rooms,



status reporting software and approved artificial intelligence platforms Working with lawyers from the construction and environment and planning sub-teams within the Real Estate Experience gained in a leading private practice or sophisticated in-house legal team; Excellent drafting, negotiation and technical legal skills; Sound commercial judgement and the confidence to take ownership of matters; A strong client service mindset and an interest in building enduring client relationships; The ability to lead by example and contribute positively to a high-performing team; Ambition, curiosity and a genuine interest in continuing to develop your career; and A current Victorian or Recent South Wales practising certificate, or eligibility to obtain one.
