PFD Food Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead Sales Representatives across Warrnambool and Horsham. You will report to the State Sales Manager, coaching the team, and executing regional sales plans to lift performance and margins.
You will build solid customer relationships, use CRM data to drive actions, and partner with branch leadership to align priorities and improve outcomes. Some travel between territories is expected.
