About the role

We are looking for two Process Workers to join our Coil Shop and Brazing team at our Blacktown manufacturing site.

These are permanent full-time, hands-on roles ideally suited to people with experience in brazing, welding, fabrication or similar metalworking environments.

Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Supervisor, you’ll work within our Coil Shop team, with responsibilities including:

- Fitting and brazing metal components
- Checking and pressure testing coil circuits
- Identifying and repairing faults
- Preparing components and coils for production
- Following job sheets, work instructions and engineering drawings
- Working to required measurements and quality standards
- Maintaining safe work practices




- Assisting with other assembly and production activities when required

Skills And Experiences

What you’ll bring

We’re particularly interested in people with brazing, welding, fabrication or similar practical experience.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Previous brazing or welding experience
- Manufacturing, fabrication or production experience
- Confidence using hand tools and manufacturing equipment
- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
- The ability to follow work instructions and engineering drawings
- A reliable, team-focused approach
- A strong commitment to safe work practices
- Reliable transport and appropriate Australian work rights
