Our client, a globally recognised retail technology consultancy, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join its team in Guangzhou, China. The Opportunity
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work from the client's office in Guangzhou, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse existing processes and support the implementation of technology solutions.

You'll translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, map business processes, support system configuration and testing, and work with technical teams to help deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), particularly within retail or footwear, will be an advantage. However, the focus is on finding a strong Technical Business Analyst with solid analytical skills,



technical understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

What You Bring
6+ years of overall professional experience, ideally in Technical Business Analysis or a related technology role

- Solid experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping and functional analysis
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Experience supporting system configuration, testing, implementation or application support
- Technical understanding of enterprise applications, databases and system integrations
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs or web services
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with business and technical stakeholders at all levels
- PLM experience is advantageous, particularly in retail or footwear environments
- Ability to work from the client's office in Guangzhou, China
