Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you’ll lead one of our SIL homes in Goulburn to empower Support Workers to deliver high‑quality high-care support to clients with psychosocial disabilities. You’ll drive effective processes, champion risk and safety, identify issues early, and take timely action to resolve or escalate so clients can work toward their independent living goals.

- Hourly rate ranges from $46.70 to $50.25 based on experience

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor Support Workers with consistency and professionalism
- Promote person-centred, active support that empowers client choice and control




- Stay connected through two billable shifts each week
- Oversee daily operations of SIL accommodation services
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for staff and clients
- Support NDIS plan development and client independence
- Manage performance and resolve conflicts effectively
- Encourage reflective practice to drive continuous improvement
