You do not need solar experience.

You do need sales experience, confidence, drive, and the ability to back yourself.

The Opportunity

We sell solar and battery systems to homeowners across Gold Coast.

The demand is strong, the market is growing, and the earning potential is massive for the right person.

You will be attending qualified in-home appointments with homeowners who have already shown interest.

You are not cold calling.

You are not door knocking.

You are not managing installs or dealing with backend admin.

Your role is to turn up, present properly, follow the process, build trust, and close.

We Give You the System

Most sales roles give you a product and tell you to figure it out.

We do not.

We provide:

- Proven sales script

- Customer presentation booklet

- Full in-home presentation training

- Solar and battery product training

- Objection handling training

- Roleplay and coaching

- Ongoing weekly and monthly training

- Qualified appointments supplied internally

- Admin, operations, install, and aftercare support

We have built the system around the salesperson.





Your job is to plug into it and perform.

Who We Want

We are looking for people with previous sales experience who want to win.

You might come from cars, real estate, finance, gym sales, direct sales, retail sales, home improvement, telco, insurance, or any other sales setting.

Solar experience is not required.

The right person will be:

We are not looking for someone who wants to hit $150k and cruise.

We are looking for someone who wants to earn multiple hundreds of thousands and is prepared to train, improve, and do the work.

What You Need

- Previous sales experience

- Reliable vehicle

- Valid driver’s licence

- Laptop

- Australian work rights

- Available 6 days a week Monday - Saturday

- Strong communication skills

- Professional presentation

Income Potential

This is a performance-based sales role with uncapped commissions and qualified appointments supplied.

The best people in this role should be aiming for serious money.

If you are driven, coachable, and can close, this is the type of role where you can build a very strong income.
