Role Overview:
As a Senior Construction Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in our client’s construction law practice, handling complex and high-value construction and infrastructure projects. You will be entrusted with providing expert legal advice, managing disputes, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and contractual obligations.



Your expertise will be critical in guiding clients through intricate legal landscapes and contributing to the growth and reputation of their firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic legal advice on construction and infrastructure projects, including contract negotiation, drafting, and review.
- Manage and resolve construction disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
- Advise clients on risk management, regulatory compliance, and construction law issues.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications:

- Admitted to practice law in Australia with a valid Practising Certificate.
- Minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience in construction law within a reputable firm.

- Solid analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Exceptional client management abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
