About the Position: Our client is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Property Lawyer with at least 5 years of (PAE). The successful candidate will join a dynamic and high-achieving team, bringing a wealth of experience in property law, superior client management abilities, and a strategic approach to complex legal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle diverse property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.
- Offer expert legal counsel on property disputes, title issues, zoning, and planning regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate intricate property contracts, ensuring all legal and regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships, providing bespoke legal solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence for property acquisitions and developments, identifying risks and advising on mitigation strategies.




- Mentor and support junior lawyers and paralegals within the team, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Engage in business development activities, including networking, client presentations, and contributing to marketing efforts.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years PQE in Property Law
- Proven expertise in managing complex property transactions and delivering strategic legal advice
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Admission to practice law in Australia
