The Role:

They are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Lawyer with 2-3 years (PQE) to join their performing team. The successful candidate will have a robust background in property law, commercial transactions, business law, and conveyancing. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a diverse caseload involving property, commercial, business, and conveyancing matters
- Advise and represent clients in property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and development projects
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
- Provide legal advice on business law issues,



including corporate governance and compliance
- Conduct due diligence and manage the conveyancing process from start to finish
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and high-quality service
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Participate in business development activities to grow the firm's client base

Qualifications and Experience:

- Qualified solicitor with 2-3 years PQE
- Strong experience in property law, commercial transactions, business law, and conveyancing
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
