It is looking for a Senior Associate to join its real estate team in Adelaide, taking on commercial and residential property work for business and private clients.

About the role
Commercial and residential property transactions, from contract through to settlement, for business and private clients.
• Run property sales and purchases, from contract review through to settlement
• Lead title, due diligence and contract negotiations
• Advise on commercial property transactions and related documents
• Build direct client relationships and take ownership of your own matters
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and conveyancing support

What you'll bring
• Real estate and property transaction experience at Senior Associate level




• Admission to practise in SA with a current practising certificate
• A drive to own your matters, build real client relationships and take control of your own career
• Robust drafting and negotiation skills, with the confidence to run your own files
