Fresh Hope Communities is seeking a Care Manager (RN) to join our 166-bed East Maitland home. You will lead clinical care on shift, mentor staff and drive resident wellbeing under our quality framework and accreditation standards. You are a compassionate, hands-on leader with AHPRA registration and aged care experience, capable of coordinating care across households, collaborating with families and healthcare professionals, and maintaining calm, patient-centred operations in a busy setting.
