The team is headed by two partners and includes lawyers ranging from graduate to special counsel level. The financial services team work across a range of areas including: Licensing obligations. Product design and distribution. Anti-money laundering and consumer protection obligations. Advice on regulatory breaches relating to APRA and ASIC.
