We are also open to this role being based remotely from anywhere in Australia, with support from our Melbourne office and travel to Melbourne as required.About the RoleThis opportunity is suited to a commercially minded litigator who enjoys solving complex problems, building strong client relationships and delivering strategic outcomes.We are open to candidates from Associate through to Principal Lawyer level and will tailor the role according to your experience and capability.You will work across a diverse range of commercial disputes and advisory matters while contributing to the continued growth of a dynamic and respected practice.DutiesManage a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution mattersAdvise clients on litigation strategy, risk management and commercial outcomesDraft pleadings, submissions, contracts, correspondence and legal adviceConduct negotiations,
