You will be responsible for overseeing approximately 6 premium schemes, including luxury residential towers reaching 27 stories, prestigious apartment developments and sophisticated mixed‐use buildings.With high‐value residences, complex facilities and significant management fees, this portfolio is ideally suited to an experienced Senior Strata Manager who enjoys working with premium assets and delivering exceptional service.Your responsibilities will include:Managing an exclusive portfolio of prestige residential and mixed‐use strata schemesDeveloping strong relationships with owners corporations, executive committees and key stakeholdersProviding expert advice on complex strata matters,
