You will design salary bands, leveling, annual compensation cycles, and grant structures, and help stakeholders understand value of equity.
Engagements are versatile and paid on a per-hour basis, with rates ranging from $50 to $200 per hour depending on depth of experience, scope, and the problem at hand.
