Aphex is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead all growth initiatives across paid, organic, digital and in-person channels. You will set the strategy, allocate a $1M–$2M+ annual budget, and guide a small team to ship campaigns, run tests, and optimize based on data.

You'll coordinate across regions, balance art and science in marketing, and drive expansion into Europe and North America while reporting to the CRO.
