This is a highly visible leadership role that combines operational expertise, commercial acumen, and people leadership to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction and business performance.You will inspire and develop a high-performing team, foster strong interdepartmental collaboration, and ensure the resort consistently delivers the elevated experiences expected of the InterContinental brand.**Key responsibilities include:**Leading and developing Front Office, Concierge, and Bell teams to deliver exceptional guest experiencesDriving guest satisfaction, service excellence, and brand standards across all Front Office operationsOverseeing departmental performance, workforce planning, productivity, and labour managementManaging financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, revenue opportunities,



and cost controlCoaching and mentoring leaders and team members to maximise engagement and developmentUsing guest feedback, operational data, and commercial insights to drive continuous improvementPartnering closely with Rooms Division and wider resort leaders to achieve strategic objectivesManaging VIP arrivals, guest recovery opportunities, and service excellence initiativesBuilding a positive, inclusive culture that supports team engagement, accountability, and performanceLeading by example as a visible and approachable leader within the resort **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in a fast‐paced luxury environment and is committed to developing people, driving results, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
