We've built a different way of handling enquiries: every lead is qualified and booked before it reaches you, which is what lets our consultants work remotely, backed by an in-house team of licensed electricians on the ground. We sell the right system, not the biggest one, and our customers notice.The roleIf you're selling solar on the Coast right now and tired of driving to every quote, this is the same job without the driving and without finding your own leads.Commission only, no base. You work as a confident and professional independent sales consultant on your own ABN. Enquiries come in warm from a range of lead sources including inbound referrals and our website, all qualified by our AI assistant with the customer's bill already sized, and booked into your calendar around the availability you give us and the customer's. You run the consult by phone and/or video, work through the design with them, present the proposal and close. Our licensed team does the site visits and install; our office handles quoting and paperwork. Product, rebate and pricing updates come through regular briefings and a short weekly check-in, so you're never selling off old information.What it paysPer installed system, uncapped. Example: $300 on a small solar-only job, around $1,000 on a typical solar and battery package, $2,000 to $3,000+ on large three-phase systems.



Three typical sales a week is about $150k a year; four is $200k+. A bonus rate kicks in when monthly KPIs are hit, and it pays well. Paid within 14 days after install, every time.Work from anywhere in our time zone, once you've earned itThis is a remote role built on phone, video and cloud systems. After your first three months, if you want to work from overseas or travel through Asia or the Pacific, we're set up for it: an Australian work number on your laptop or phone, the CRM and calendar wherever you are, and the paperwork you'd need to support a remote-work visa. The conditions are easy: you stay within a few hours of Queensland time, keep Queensland business hours, and hold the same standards and numbers. It suits people who manage their own time and priorities and put the client first; it doesn't suit people looking for a working holiday.Who we're afterThis role is for experienced solar sales consultants only. We're not in a position to train from scratch, so please only apply if you've sold residential solar or batteries before.At least one to two years selling residential solar and/or batteries, with results you can talk aboutUnderstands system sizing, rebates, the solar sales process and the Solar Consumer CodeExperience assessing existing systems for battery retrofits and upgradesDriven, motivated and professional; highly autonomous and trusted; results-driven; doesn't need directionEthical and customer-focused; enjoys the design and consulting process and getting the best outcome for the clientMeticulous with notes: every client interaction and stage kept current in the CRM, clean admin.
