An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a progressive and growing organisation based in Perth's inner and western suburbs.
The Chance
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Work closely with the wider payroll team to support day-to-day payroll operations
- Contribute to the implementation of a new payroll system and ongoing process improvements
- Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations and compliance activities
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and employees
About You
- Previous experience in a payroll position
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to process improvements
