The Chance
Provide dependable document control for a major solar construction project in Central Queensland. This position is intended for a locally based candidate. You will work with engineering, commercial, quality and delivery teams to keep project information accurate and accessible.
Your Responsibilities
Register, distribute, revise and transmit documents through electronic management systems.
Maintain current registers and integrated management-system records.
Coordinate engineering, procurement and contractual document workflows.
Check compliance with quality standards and document procedures.
Support audits, report document status and improve control processes.
Requirements
Skills, Education and Requirements
Document control experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering or renewables,



including senior responsibility where applicable.
Certificate IV in Business Administration, another business qualification or equivalent document control experience.
Electronic document management systems experience and robust Microsoft Office skills.
High accuracy, organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
Clear stakeholder communication and a proactive approach to quality and compliance.
