This full-time Medical Secretary/PA Cardiology role at Randwick Cardiology offers an exciting prospect to join a leading healthcare organisation in Randwick NSW . You will be providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Cardiology team, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the practice.
What you'll be doing
Monday to Friday - 5 days per week
Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Cardiology team
Coordinating patient appointments and managing the doctors' schedules
Handling patient enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
Preparing and processing medical documentation, including correspondence, reports and invoices
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
What we're looking for




Demonstrated experience in a similar medical secretary or PA role, preferably within a healthcare or cardiology setting
Robust administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Takes initiative, works collaboratively with colleagues and is always willing to lend a hand.
