Civilmart is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support our Victorian operations. This hands-on, people-focused role partners with leaders, provides practical HR advice, navigates employee relations matters and helps drive positive workplace outcomes across a diverse workforce.
In this wide-ranging role you will assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention, interpret awards and policies, and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement.
