Surf Life Saving NSW seeks an organised Club Capability Coordinator (Training & Education) to turn training needs into practical support for priority clubs and volunteers. Based at Belrose, you'll work with training managers to strengthen trainer capability and coordinate delivery across NSW.
You will design and evaluate a pilot training administration support service, supported by the Club Capability Administration Officer, and report progress against agreed plans.
