ALDI Stores in Melbourne is seeking a Duty Manager to lead store operations, supervise shifts, and deliver exceptional customer service in a rapid-paced workplace.
You'll open/close the store, coach team members, assist in onboarding, and ensure safety and stock levels while maintaining a positive, customer-focused store culture.

This 35-hour-per-week role offers an hourly rate of $* plus shift allowances and a supportive advantages
