SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant
with solid expertise in
Learning Management System (LMS)
and
Performance & Goals Management (PMGM)
to join a leading project in Sydney.
Key Skills & Experience
7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with
2–4 AMS/Support projects
in LMS and PMGM.
SuccessFactors certifications in
LMS, PMGM
, and at least one Talent Management module.
Hands-on experience with
Assignment Profiles, LMS Roles, Curricula
, and integrations with
SuccessFactors EC
and third-party applications.




Robust experience using
Plateau Report Designer
.
Expertise in
Goal Management
, custom goal calculations, goal cascading, team and group goals.
Experience configuring
Route Maps, Performance Forms, Calibration, Continuous Performance Management (CPM), and 360° Reviews
.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Experience leading client workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution design sessions.
Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
