You will work on structuring, negotiating, and executing high-value finance mandates end-to-end for sophisticated borrowers and sponsors.
The role offers exposure to refinancings, private capital transactions and debt restructurings, with drafting and negotiating intercreditor arrangements and security documents.
2–4+ years PQE preferred.
