Dear Nonna | Gregory Hills | Opening February Dear Nonna is a new Italian restaurant and bar, mixing tradition with a contemporary style.
Fresh pasta made every day, wood-fired pizza and a drinks list inspired by Italy, from the morning espresso to the evening Negroni.We're building our bar team from scratch and we're looking for experienced bartenders who are just as confident on the coffee machine as they are on the cocktail station.
If you can do both well, we want you on the opening team.
BARTENDER / BARISTA At least 2 years' experience as a bartender in a busy venue Solid barista skills: outstanding espresso, properly textured milk, consistent latte art Strong knowledge of classic cocktails \Creative,
