Crown Perth is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead the high-volume In-Room Dining kitchen, serving hotel guests around the clock.
You will work with the Chef de Cuisine to ensure exceptional food standards, effective service, and an engaged team across multiple shifts.
You will mentor chefs, manage rostering and stock control, and drive a culture of safety and guest-focused service in a busy, hotel-based operation.
