Westpac is hiring a Senior AI Engineer Agent Ops to design, build, and run AI agents, shared platforms, APIs and enterprise integrations.
You will lead 3 to 6 direct reports and coach engineers while strengthening AI/LLM practices across the stack.
The role is hybrid, based in Sydney or Melbourne, with adaptable locations by agreement.
Robust coding, production AI experience and cloud + Kubernetes skills are essential for success.
