You will assess, plan and deliver individualized or group physiotherapy services to improve client well-being in their homes and Wellness Hubs.
Day-to-day entails comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions for mobility and pain, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
