As the Venue Manager, you'll oversee everything from delivering an exceptional customer experience to P&L; management and team recruitment. This role has a strong food retail focus while maintaining high hospitality service standards throughout the operation.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for each chance will have a minimum of 2 years experience at a Venue Manager or Restaurant Manager level
Experience in pubs, cafes, QSR, or restaurants is required
Robust leadership skills with the ability to drive results and align teams with business objectives
A natural motivator who can lead effectively through both high-pressure and quieter periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing and developing teams of 10+ staff is desirable
