The role offers non-denominational, multi-faith support, memorial services and emotional care, with a focus on personalised, culturally sensitive care.
You will manage Allied Health referrals, document assessments, and collaborate with the Lifestyle team and families to promote holistic wellbeing within a respected not-for-profit workplace.
