Alpha National Group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for the Wellcamp Regional Accommodation Centre, Toowoomba. You will lead a high‐performing kitchen team, oversee production for hundreds of guests daily, and ensure safety, quality, and guest satisfaction in remote camp settings.
The role requires delivering meals to * guests, developing seasonal menus, and managing costs while maintaining compliance with HACCP and WHS standards. Immediate start on a full‐time DIDO roster.
