Foundations Care is seeking a highly motivated Service Manager to join the Upper Lockyer Out-Of-Home-Care program in the Toowoomba Region, Qld.
You will lead a team of youth workers to support young people to live independently in suitable accommodation.
You will model trauma-informed practice, provide supervision, and ensure planned, measurable outcomes while building connections with family, community and culture.
