Yumaro is looking for a Team Leader to guide frontline supervisors and staff across our social enterprises, including cleaning cloth production, document destruction, recycling and retail.
You will support employees with disability, drive daily operations, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace.
The role emphasises mentoring, production planning and ensuring safety, with a adaptable, practical approach.
Prior disability sector experience is valued but not required.
