UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a casual Supported Living Facilitator to visit clients in their homes, delivering in-home care and daily living support.
You will help with personal care, meals, housekeeping, and transportation, using your own vehicle for client visits.
Hours are typically weekdays 9am–5pm with a focus on empowering clients to maintain independence and participate in community activities.
CPR/First Aid and a valid driver's license are essential, with salary packaging and
