What you'll doLead shifts across food, beverage and day-to-day venue operations.
Coach the team and keep service running smoothly when it gets busy.
Handle guest and team issues with confidence and positive judgement.
Support the Venue Manager to maintain a safe, welcoming and well-run venue.
What you'll bringExperience leading shifts in a pub, bar or busy hospitality venue.
A calm, practical approach and a genuine interest in developing people.
A current Victorian RSA.
Availability to work a hospitality roster, including evenings and weekends.
