Northern Health in Melbourne's northern suburbs is seeking a Grade-3 Allied Health Assistant to support the Early Stroke Discharge program.
The role provides client-centered care under supervision of Allied Health specialists across centre-based, home-based and telehealth sessions.
You will work with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, may travel between campuses, and contribute to a team-oriented, community-focused health service committed to accessible care.
