Access Aged Care seeks General Practitioners to join our network, delivering in office care to residents across Residential Aged Care Homes in Northam and nearby areas.
This chance offers weekday hours only, with no after-hours, weekends or on-call requirements.
You will work with a consistent resident cohort, delivering proactive, relationship-based care with nurse support and telehealth back-up to ensure smooth sessions.
