Dosa Bite in Liverpool NSW is seeking a skilled South Indian Chef for a full time role.
You will lead hands-on cooking focused on dosas, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, biryani, and curries in a rapid-paced, high-volume setting.
Essential qualifications include a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery and at least 1 year of South Indian cooking experience.
You will work weekends and public holidays, with salary around AUD 80,000 per year.
