Camberwell Hub is recruiting a Customer Service Support on a maximum-term (12 months), full time basis. The role handles high-volume telephone-based customer inquiries for BaptistCare’s Home Care Package services, managing service schedules, budgets, and invoicing.
You will liaise with clients daily to support care plans, perform daily administration, and prepare month-end reports. A minimum of 2 years in a similar role is expected, preferably in aged care.
