Bloom by Nor in Port Macquarie is seeking a Café Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a hands-on team.
You will coordinate front-of-house activities and work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth, quality service.
The successful candidate will have cafe/restaurant management experience, robust leadership and customer-service skills, plus a foundation in rostering, stock control and cost management.
Availability for mornings, weekends and public holidays is required.
