ARRCS in Alice Springs is seeking a People & Culture / International Workforce & Welfare Officer on a full time basis.
You will manage onboarding for recent starters across Alice Springs and Central Australia, handle compliance and respond to daily HR queries, including our Day 1 orientation program.
You will support international employment matters, travel logistics, and staff welfare, with preference for HR generalist or senior admin experience, and solid IT skills.
