Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will manage your section, prepare and present high-quality dishes, and uphold food safety and cleanliness in a rapid-paced hospitality setting.
Essential qualifications include a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen, and a robust focus on quality, teamwork and efficient service.
