Dementia Support Australia (DSA) is seeking a Dementia Support Coach to work within the HACDSP program, supporting people living with dementia and their carers across diverse care settings.
This fixed term contract until June is based at our Parramatta office.
You will apply empathy, coaching skills and aged care experience to deliver hands-on, evidence-based dementia support.
You must have a current driver's licence, be willing to travel interstate, and hold a relevant Allied
